Smart city certification guideline
Certification expiration date
1The validity period of 1 certification shall be two years from the issue date of the certificate.
2When applying for an extension of certification, the applicant shall apply for an extension 3 months prior to the expiration date of the certification, and if there is no additional re-application, the certification operating agency shall notify that the certification period has expired.
3If there is an application for an extension of certification, the certification authority(the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) shall determine the extension of certification through the certification examination procedure.
Article 17 (Indication of certification)
1Applicants who have obtained one certification may advertise (including electronic promotion) the certification mark of smart cities, etc. or the certification.
2At the end of the certification period, in the case where the certification is revoked, and a person who has not received the certification may not indicate the certification or make a similar indication or promote the certification.
